Use of this site
This site provides information about our transportation services and lets you submit an inquiry or an application. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site to submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, or to interfere with its operation.
No contract of carriage or employment
Information on this site is for general purposes and does not create a contract. Rates, lanes, equipment availability, and service descriptions are subject to change and are not offers. Transportation services are governed by the rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, or contract signed for the specific shipment. Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment or a lease agreement, and does not guarantee an interview or a position.
Text message program
We send text messages about dispatch, scheduling, load assignments, application status, and account matters to people who have opted in.
- Program name. Awad Transportation LLC
- How to join. Check the consent box on our application form, provide your number on a paper application that includes the consent language, text START to [SMS NUMBER], or give your number to our staff and agree to receive texts.
- Message frequency. Varies based on your activity with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. We also honor END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and plain-language opt-out requests. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.
- How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at dispatch@awadlogisticsgroup.com or (855) 292-3552.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of leasing onto our authority, or of doing business with us. Our handling of your mobile number is described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property
The Awad Transportation name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by Awad Transportation LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this section limits our obligations as a motor carrier under applicable law or under a signed transportation agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
